7 Common Mistakes That Will Void Your 1xBet Bonus

Every single one of these mistakes? I've made them. Some of them more than once. Here's my hall of shame -- and how to avoid repeating my disasters.

Between my first four bonuses, I managed to void three of them through three different mistakes. That's about $450 in bonus money I'll never see. If this page saves you from even one of these errors, it's done its job.

I'm listing these from most common to most devastating. Read all seven. Seriously.

Mistake 1: Playing Excluded Games

This is the most common mistake, and it's the easiest to avoid.

What happened: I spent two hours playing craps during my first bonus. Placed about $300 in bets. Felt great -- I was up $40. Then I checked my wagering progress. Zero. Not one dollar had counted. Craps has a 0% contribution rate.

ScenarioWhat Went WrongCost
Played craps for 2 hours0% contribution rate$300 in bets, 0% progress, 2 hours wasted
Played blackjack for 3 days5% contribution rate$2,400 bet, only $120 credited toward $3,500

How to avoid it: Check the contribution table BEFORE opening any game. Stick to 1xGames (200%) or slots (100%) for the entire wagering period.

Even if you "just want to play one hand of blackjack for fun" -- don't. Every bet on a low-contribution game is a bet that could have counted at 100% or 200% elsewhere.

Mistake 2: Exceeding the Max Bet

While a bonus is active, 1xBet enforces a maximum bet of $5 per spin, hand, or round. Even $5.01 can technically void your entire bonus.

What happened: A friend of mine was clearing his $150 bonus on slots at $3/spin. Doing great. On day 4, he switched to roulette for a break and placed a $25 bet on red. Bonus voided on the spot. Customer support said it was clearly stated in the terms. $150 bonus and $95 in winnings -- gone.

ScenarioWhat Went WrongCost
$25 roulette bet during clearingExceeded $5 max bet limit$150 bonus + $95 winnings = $245 lost
$10 slot spin (accidentally doubled)$10 > $5 limitEntire bonus voided

How to avoid it: Set your bet size BEFORE you start each session and don't change it. Double-check when switching games -- some default to higher amounts. I keep my bets at $4 during wagering. That extra $1 buffer has saved me from accidental over-bets on games that round up.

Mistake 3: Trying to Withdraw Before Clearing

Here's the rule that catches the most people: ANY withdrawal attempt while wagering is active forfeits your ENTIRE bonus.

What happened: I once tried to withdraw $20 from my real balance while I had an active bonus. I needed cash for something. Boom -- bonus forfeited, $180 in bonus winnings gone. Twenty dollars cost me two hundred.

ScenarioWhat Went WrongCost
Withdrew $20 from real balanceAny withdrawal voids bonus$100 bonus + $180 winnings = $280 lost
Withdrew to wrong walletTriggered withdrawal processEntire bonus voided

How to avoid it: Do NOT touch the withdrawal section AT ALL until wagering shows 100% complete. If you need cash urgently, the bonus isn't worth risking.

This includes partial withdrawals, currency conversions that trigger transfers, and even some payment method changes. Don't touch your money settings during wagering. Period.

Double-check your math before activating.

Use the Wagering Calculator

Mistake 4: Letting the Timer Expire

7 days seems like a lot until day 5 hits and you realize you've only cleared 30%.

What happened: My second bonus attempt. $100 bonus. I played casually -- a few spins here, a few there. No plan, no daily target. By day 5, I'd only wagered $1,100 of $3,500. Needed $2,400 more in 48 hours. Got to day 7 with $3,200 done. 91% complete. Timer expired. Gone.

ScenarioWhat Went WrongCost
Casual play, no daily targetOnly 30% done by day 5$100 bonus + $160 winnings forfeited at 91%
Activated before vacation3 days of no play100% of bonus lost

How to avoid it: Set daily targets BEFORE activating (full plan here). Use the calculator to confirm you have enough time. Day 3 checkpoint: if you're under 40%, switch to 1xGames (200% credit) immediately.

I never activate a bonus unless I'm confident I have at least 5 clear days ahead. Going on vacation? Don't activate. Busy work week? Wait.

Mistake 5: Not Activating the Bonus

You have to actively opt-in. The bonus doesn't auto-activate when you deposit.

What happened: I deposited $100, assumed the bonus would appear automatically, and started playing. Played for two days. Then I checked my bonus balance -- empty. I'd never activated it. Those two days of play? They counted for nothing because there was no bonus to wager.

How to avoid it: After depositing: go to Account > Bonuses > select the correct bonus > click Activate. Verify the bonus appears in your bonus balance BEFORE placing any bets. The activation step takes 30 seconds. Skipping it costs you everything.

Mistake 6: Playing Multiple Bonuses Simultaneously

1xBet only allows one active bonus at a time. Trying to stack them doesn't work -- it breaks things.

What happened: I activated a casino bonus, then saw a promotional offer for free spins and tried to claim that too. The system got confused. My original casino bonus wagering stopped tracking. I contacted support and they said only one bonus can be active. They removed the free spins but couldn't restore my wagering progress from the first two days.

How to avoid it: Complete one bonus before claiming another. Ignore promotional offers during active wagering. If in doubt, contact support BEFORE claiming any additional bonus.

Mistake 7: Not Reading the Current Terms

1xBet occasionally updates their terms. What worked last month might not work this month.

What happened: I read the terms in January 2026. Game contributions were: roulette 50%, blackjack 10%. I cleared a bonus using roulette that month -- worked great. In April 2026, I tried the same strategy. But they'd changed roulette to 10% and blackjack to 5%. My roulette-heavy approach fell apart. I didn't clear in time.

How to avoid it: Check the terms page EVERY TIME before activating a new bonus. Bookmark our changelog for tracked changes. Terms change silently. 1xBet doesn't send you an email saying "hey, roulette contribution dropped from 50% to 10%." You just have to check.

What to Do if Your Bonus Was Voided

It happened. Your bonus got voided. Now what?

  1. Check your account: Account > Bonuses section. Is the bonus actually gone, or just not tracking? Sometimes it's a display lag.
  2. Contact support: 1xBet live chat. Be polite and specific: "My bonus was voided. My account ID is [X]. Can you tell me why?"
  3. Ask for reinstatement: If it was voided due to a genuine mistake (max bet violation, accidental withdrawal), some agents have discretion. I've had a bonus reinstated once -- when I accidentally exceeded the max bet by $0.50 on a single spin. Don't count on this, but it's worth asking.
  4. Move on: If reinstatement fails, the next welcome bonus may not be available, but 1xBet runs regular promotions. Check the Promotions page weekly.
  5. Learn from it: Identify which of the 7 mistakes caused the void, and add a specific countermeasure to your process.

I've voided 3 bonuses total in my 1xBet career. Got one reinstated. The other two were genuinely my fault. I now have a pre-bonus checklist that I go through every single time. Haven't voided one since.

Start fresh with a plan this time.
